The Finkelstein Memorial Library is pleased to invite kids to "Dig into Reading" and be a part of our 2013 Summer Reading activities for children entering kindergarten through grade six.
"Dig into Reading" is a free reading incentive program encouraging school-age children to explore the wonderful world of reading, books, and libraries.
The program officially begins June 23 and continues through August 12 during regular hours at the Library. Each participant will receive a free reading record and can earn special prizes for reading achievements through August.

While Dig into Reading highlights the fun aspect of reading for kids, parents and teachers appreciate that children's participation in the program helps develop and expand reading skills, encourages lifelong learning habits, and fosters an appreciation of all the resources provided by the library for our community.
For more information please visit the Library's Children's Department during regular library hours or call 845-352-5700 ext. 237.
